I've heard of Ganglion by Saltillo. It was a recommendation along with Dead Cities on a thread somewhere on the web regarding Perdition City. I loved it, but never thought it sounds similar to Ulver's PC. I haven't checked the others you mentioned, so I will. Amon Tobin sounds really cool, yeah, and some of the sounds he's processing on the video can be traced to Ulver's Dead City Centers.
