I'd rather listen to DG than Keef but I'd rather eat vanilla ice cream than chocolate. What kinda person does that make me?

"boring and uninspired weed rap, there are plenty of him out there."

Definitely not "weed rap" dude, not like he's Wiz Kalifa or something. Keef popularized an entire rap scene pretty much on his own, so now there's plenty of him out there, but that wasn't the case before him.

At least know what you're talking about.

Also, Fourth, you're doing an excellent job of demonstrating the stereotype Ford mentioned earlier in the thread so congrats on that.

"chief keef is weak"

No problem with not liking him, I don't blame you for that one. But "weed rap" he certainly is not.

idc about the influence of his undeniably new school production in rap. his stuff is absolutely innovative in the genre of hip hop. but, like most hip hop, the production is a huge factor. he himself sounds bad and is a moron and some of the songs, actually, many of the songs, especially the more recent ones, are simply unlistenable. they do not sound good inside my ears

not saying he doesnt have good songs, he does, but generally its the production and not his performance that engages me. so to that, chief keef the musical artist isnt always bad, but chief keef the rapper is laughable garbo

DG are overrated to ridiculous proportions. They're not nearly the revolutionaries that people often credit them imo

"keef's influence is all over modern hip-hop, probably one of the most -- if not the most --

important figure in hip-hop in the past decade. "
