Formulas, Domination, Altars, Gateways and Abominations are better.



For me first three Morbid Angel seems to be a bit surface level MA. They straightened and evend things out from the demo times, and aren't as adventurous and daring as they were in their middle period. Still mindblowing classics, especially Altars, but the grit and depth isn't as prominent as on later stuff.
