What's your general gripe with this Zak? That it tries to hard be grand and comes across as pompous?

I've never heard the whole album but the singles jam hard, especially 1979

Yeah. Siamese is/was special.

This was/is a bloated corporate package with no bite.

'Bullet With Butterfly Wings is a jam and a half tho'

People would argue that it's overplayed but I feel it's one of SP's best. Billy's nasally sarcasm at it's best.

Hell yeah. A few months ago I was addicted to that song for like a week.

You have to understand that I played Soma constantly on me way to school for Christ knows how long. Turned me into a proper miserable arsehole before this thing even hit the shelves.

One of THE great rock intros Ars, when I think of Billy with his guitar strapped on that is always what I first picture him playing

Zak if you can genuinely play Where Boys and Bodies at full volume and not enjoy them even a little bit I'm shocked

Honestly I love all 90s Pumpkins, I remember back when I was 16, I'd say 90s Smashing Pumpkins was my favorite band lol

Geek USA is my fave.

Didn't actually spin gish till about 2000 by which time it had all died a death, the other albums do nothing but Siamese Dream is still on regular rotation for me.

When Autumn hits you should jam Adore, you might find a new appreciation for it.
