I saw them live last Thursday and a lot of the songs from this that were on their setlist have grown on me after hearing them played live. OMT and No Frame still rule and I've gotten more of a liking for Bloodlust and Rapture after repeated listens.

Ever since seeing people on twitter essentially telling the band to kill themselves because of this album, I stopped taking it so seriously.

I can understand the negative reaction towards the album, but the people who've been going directly at Aaron Gillespie on Twitter just for the sake of trying to hurt his feelings because he was part of an album they didn't like need to go outside and get a life.

This album is one of the best cases ever to be made as proof of a band selling out; not even Sum 41 could pull it off this well.

yea a lot of the backlash ive see for this has usually been stuff like this and when the band has reacted to it they usually havent seemed to be taking it well, which like makes sense and all cos this is probably the most they’ve enjoyed their job in a while

I don't know why they thought going soft on their return album was a good idea.

I’m not sure but fuck those losers on twitter. I’m opening my mind to spite them.

Twitter's a double edged sword. There's some really entertaining accounts and plenty of good tweets I've read on there, but also a lot of stupid arguments and a cesspool of idiots on there too. Guess that's an accurate description for a lot of the internet though.

The problem isnt that its alt rock, other metalcore bands have gone alt rock and made it work really well(cough cough CAVE IN cough cough), the problem is that its just kinda generic and lifeless. It fails to be interesting, unique or even catchy
