Youre right, I misintrepreted your comment. I suppose I was interpreting the last line where they don't have good enough ideas to make good complex music, & the point I was trying to get at was that simplicity in itself can be a good idea & the involvement complex ideas aren't needed to justify the simple ones, a la Beethoven/the oncoming Romantics. Usually when I come across your comments I read them in a particular tone I've come to project onto your voice, which I admit is a bias of my own.
