For some reason the amazon copy I got didn't have the reissue cover even though it's clearly remastered? Idk lol

I feel like if you're in a car driving and you look down at your CD collection the original album art is going to look cooler. IDK y tho.

I prefer the reissue cover. The promo cover is my favorite of this album's varying covers

So ....

I learned today that i'm dumber than I thought I was. How can I be so wrong about this?

I mean holy fuck, Stars are Projectors...

and I Came As A Rat is soooo underrated, one of my favorites here. It's all great though. Still not really into Paper Thin Walls or What People Are Made Of, though both are fine. Tbh I still kind of wish the album felt more natural after Stars are Projectors. Everything after could use some slight re-ordering.

Edit : Actually the closer is still pretty cool just wish something else closed the album tbh :/

closer seemed so weird at first and the more i listened to the album the more natural of a conclusion it felt. still the weakest song on the album for me but when i listened to the album again recently i liked it a LOT more

rejamming this now. the fact that 3rd planet isn't their best song shows how incredible this band is

This may or may not be my favorite album ever :/

Idk everytime i get to something a 3rd time it just clicks

I just like how condensed this is, the atmosphere is perfect and even after Stars it all feels like it belongs on the album.

I still think the closer/opener on LCW are better and who knows, maybe LCW is still the better album but when this finally clicked it clicked hard.

Either way best band ever

I haven't heard anything after this

This one took a lot of time to get into because i gave it so much little time compared to the first two

It's really all based on personal taste and experiences by the end of the day. Every MM album besides this I had to listen to many times to grasp. The effect this one gave me was immediate and it clicked in an instant.
