Part of me likes Snuff, but part of me is like "damn, dis some middle school crush mellow dramatic shit". Maybe the part that enjoys it is one of the main reasons I can still jam Slipknot at all though.

I think the clean vocals are above decent.

To me it sounds like Vol.3 with more whirring. I dunno, I've not really listened to Slipknot (aside from the new stuff) in about 3 years, but that's how I recall it.

Which is basically going through the motions. lol It is really lacking on this release for sure, compared to their other albums.



Gray chapter will hopefully be back to form. Devil and I has really grown on me.

Yeah I don't care about over half of these songs and some of the lyrics are pretty dumb, even by their standards. I'm starting to prefer the two singles to most of what's on here, so hopefully Gray Chapter will be more inspired.

Same here man. I don't mind the singles, but the rest of the album is completely forgettable. And after Corey saying that, it makes sense why this album isn't that great.
