I think the first 3 bars are 3/4, and 4th bar is 4/4
edit: actually that would be the case if the notes were 16ths at like 100 bpm because I wanted to make it look simpler, but I guess we should look at them like at 8ths at a double tempo, so it should be 3 times 12/8 (or 4/4 + 2/4) and then the last one is 16/8 (or two 4/4s)
