I saw these guys when I was 17 back in 2014 at the ottobar in baltimore with an older embarrassing, actual moron friend I had at the time. We spotted kerry mccoy sitting by himself scrolling on his phone down the street from the venue, i thought to myself we should leave big homie alone but this dumbass was like "let's go up to him!" then put on some weird ass nathan fielder voice and pretended to not know who he was and said "hey man we need directions. we're going to see this band deafheaven have you heard of them hahaha" i could tell he was slightly annoyed but still nicely said "uhh yeah man its right down there"
