It gave me a headache, the only way to headband to it is to whip your head back and forth while going up and down so you catch the downbeat and the off rhythms, it looks funny but yeah not safe.

Shug albums are pretty much all awesome imo. And yea they r all quality cuz Shug is consistent. I had to 5 DEI it's just so good. But yeah I was joking a little too I could see why people might not like it. Everyone has different taste and there's no right or wrong etc but mesh sure gets me jazzed up
