Seeing this material live made me appreciate it more. That said I still have quite a bit of nostalgia for this too, to be fair it's probably more of a 4 than a 3.5 for me. There is definitely a truly amazing album buried in this.

I saw them on the Reflektor tour a couple years ago and remember the Funeral and The Suburbs songs being best.

I mean those are their best two albums so they are of course going to sound best but I thought the live atmosphere better fit these songs, particularly those from the first half.

my feelings are pretty confused- i have their first three as fives and this very near that, they're my favorite band behind only sonic youth, i've never felt disappointed by them, but this is an underwhelming single.

it sounds like itd be like an outro to idk porno and there itd fit quite nicely but as it's own song it feels lazy

Full stylistically it's not too different than this but it wouldn't probably be the second or third weakest song here so don't let it deter you.
