The switch up at 2:45 on when one eight becomes two zeros is so beautifully jarring it shocks me to my core every time I hear it

From the sound of Everything You Wanted To Know About Science, Daryl Palumbo must beat the shit out of every girlfriend that cheats on him. Or least he's screaming about it: Glassjaw's raging opus bleeds with heart-strung emotion and fury, and some lyrics will make you drop your mouth and make you actually scared of this motherfucker (that is, if you never heard Head Automatica). Instrumentally, guitarists Justin Beck and Todd Weinstock aren't overwhelmingly technical, but they manage to fill the space in between Palumbo's serial-killer rants and drummer Sammy Siegler's rolls and fills. EYWTKAS is a fantastic post-hardcore album, featuring the best vocalist from the genre and is almost dripping of emotion. A must buy for anyone, from the grizzled Phopagandhi fan to the fourteen-year old wrist-cutting emo fag.

i remember when the brand new shit happened and glassjaw was under fire too so daryl pumbowumbo or whatever his name is did that dumb ass apology where he tried to garner sympathy by bringing up how his dad walked out on him as if guys raised by single mothers dont grow up to be the biggest cock suckers on planet earth. shit legit made me lose respect for him
