The "day-ey-ey-ey-ey-ey-ey" is my favorite part. Catchy and I almost get a more refined Dead Kennedys feel from the way his voice sounds on that part

On first listen i was underwhelmed. Second listen i liked it. Third listen i loved it. the production is better than After the Party's.

fourth listen and yeah, the new track rules. but i'm not quite used to the ey-ey-eys yet
the production is better than After the Party's.
weird how will yip produced both this new track and after the party but they sound fairly different. after the party was soooooo clean and polished and crisp and sharp, but "toy soldier" definitely has a bit more warmth to it, kinda like a middle ground between rented world and ATP.

The new single is terrible, just as most of the songs in this album.
I still don't get the sputnik hype for this country punk all american band.

Every song on this album is well written and goes hard, that's why people like it. Country punk? what the actual fuck lmao
