jammed this for the first time in forever and fuck, this is definitely a sweet album, not sure why it grew off me some

The first 6 tracks are all ones that I love, then it goes down a bit, but man once Betrayed By The Game comes on it starts climbing again until the monolithic Man of the Year

I like Exposed. It has that one really cool guitar part that I wish would’ve been used more, but I enjoy them having a full Tilian song. Sounds like a Tilian solo song with Will Swan, which is great imo. Everything on here is great except Flossie and Petting Zoo Justice.

I don’t know man, Inspire The Liars, Betrayed By The Game, and Frozen One are all pretty sweet. One of those is probably my favorite on this album.

Luv this -- def feels like the band's come into their own with Tillian here. The stretch of the first third of half of this thing strikes me as the best consecutive content DGD have ever released.



Surprised you weren't a fan of this one, Rowan! I respect your opinion completely, and I def. think this is a polarizing style of music in general, especially this one (those vocal filters that come in later on the record, let's not even talk abt those.) However, I do wonder if this record might warm up to you over time : )
