I think this and Funeral are tied for me. Different sounds but both are stunning. Neon Bible is very close. Suburbs is great but just didn't "wow" me. May revisit soon but so glad to revisit this

I mean Funeral Suburbs and Bible are all so amazing that I can understand why one would find any of them the best, it's really a personal preference thing.

This is weakest and Funeral is best. Neon Bible and The Suburbs are excellent and switch between 2nd and 3rd place for me depending on my mood.
