Amazing album. Amazing band. Apparition is a masterpiece. I died a little inside when the band announced their retirement a few years back. Loved reading the 1st few pages of comments after the review though. Truly. Many posters gave the poor author crap for his maiden rating being a 5 yet...alas...here we are. History has not been kind to the clueless contrarians. This should be required listening for anybody that enjoys technical death metal.

you remember gorod riffs because they create pop music. you don't remember spawn's riffs because they create challenging music that actually demands dedication from the listener. or simply because your brain sucks
