Con I think the thing to take from the novelty song is that this is meant to be a good times/loose sort of album, it's not too chin stroking serious - can be hard to remember that now the album has subsequently been elevated to god tier among metalheads/stoners

Kyuss never were very serious, just loved to jam and have a good time, soaking up the sun, the desert... Just good vibes, even if this is super heavy at some parts
