I was a the show last night in Boston; it was incredible. But, I have a random question:

There was a song played before BN came on, (maybe the 2nd to last song on the post-opener playlist), that my friend was convinced sounded like Jesse. I am assuming we just didn't know the band, but it did sound very much like this new lit me up style brand new song: a slow burner, that kept on echoing the line "it doesn't even matter." The only lyric I can remember clearly, but the sentiment was like, no one cares, no ones listening, it doesn't matter. Clearly pretty desperate to find out what this song was, if anyone has a clue. If BN curates those playlists, I am sure it will play before the next show. Would be crazy if it was a new BN track they snuck in there, but I assume that won't be the case. If any eagle scout on here has a clue, let me know.

No clue. That would be awesome, though.

Speaking of new material, 11/6 is almost here ;-)

I am stoked to see what happens; they certainly have been validating our blind faith. I wonder even if just some nutsy fan were to create such a robust conspiracy-theory release-date, BN would feel compelled to just do something for it haha. Though the trail here seems substantial. I'd be happy if Sealed to Me gets a release on an LP or something. To me, that song is the best send-off, more so even than Batter Up. But, I am being greedy here anyways.

Hope someone figures out that pre-setlist track. Would love t figure out what it was. Part of me kind of believes it could be them, playing new stuff at the perfect moment where noone is listening

I still think GoY is a masterpiece but the way this album sneaks up on you is really unlike anything else I've heard this year. Even "No Control," which I at first thought was a fairly bland track overall, has slowly grown on me.
