To me they should change up the sound a bit. Their tracks are all ragers from the get go most of the time.

I'd like to see a bit more cowardice type tracks that just build on that fury.

His vocals have been getting progressively shittier with each release, although the new tracks released so far have him sounding more powerful than the past two releases but nowhere near his glorious Travels voice

I thought he sounded pretty good on Lost Ground

The guy sounded so hardened it was awesome, now he sounds tired and kinda boring

He sounded decent on Lost Ground but you could tell he was losing it a bit. His voice sounded pretty strained and worn out. On this album he just sounded like utter shit and you could tell he was either struggling to even yell or he was going for some weird scream instead of his usual yell.

He did seem to be holding back a bit for some reason

I would say what he needs to do is go apeshit again like in Travels but listening to the new song again he seems to be having a hard time to even raise his voice at this point, so i don't know if something happened to him or he's ill or some shit

Possibly, but seeing as how they are just getting bigger and bigger I doubt a break is ever going to happen. It probably doesn't help that getting older and smoking and shit changes his voice

I love the acoustic stuff on here. Brothers and I Don't Mind are especially great. Can anyone recommend me bands who play stuff similar to the aforementioned tracks?

new songs on the new album that have been released are rather disappointing. Feels really rehashed to
me. Perhaps their sound has finally become too played out for me, I dunno. Guess I'll see when the new
album leaks or w/e.
