goddamn this album is the fucking best
|
| |
This is great but I feel like Mortal Throne and Diabolical Conquest beat it out pretty easily
|
| |
The production is appropriately filthy but I think Mortal Throne sounds more evil and bizarre, also has a leg up in variety

yeah i take Mortal Throne over this. idk about Diabolical though, havent jammed that one for quite awhile.
|
| |
Diabolical Conquest has an advantage in being more concise like Mortal Throne, with the exception of the 16-minute closer lol

that song rules tho.
|
| |
I meant that track is the exception to the conciseness, the rest of the album flies by in 30 minutes. It all rules!

Ford which 4 songs are the best DM in your opinion?
|
| |
definitely czech out the Necroharmonic incantation releases if you're into this era of the band, the label is run by a guy that was tight with incantation back in the day, tons of live/demo/rare stuff for dirt cheap, and Blasphemous Cremation is the rough mixes of this album, he also prints a bunch of rare shirts from all kinds of bands
|
| |
also i would say that Rotting Spiritual Embodiment and Christening the Afterbirth are among the greatest metal songs ever recorded
