This is really one of the most unexpected things ever. RIP hard to one of the best vocalists of the last 30 years
And to think now Eddie is the only one left out of the big four...

Good to see this listed, album is perfect and the band was legendary. I'll be jamming a lot of Soundgarden today. RIP Chris.

This was one of my first albums I ever listened to. I was getting into grunge at the time and my older cousin was already really into grunge and had this and couple other grunge classics on CD. She burned extra copies for me and this one may be my favorite of them. Songs like The Day I Tried to Live, Fell on Black Days, My Wave, and Spoonman stay with me half a decade later. I'll never forget seeing them live. One of my first concerts. R.I.P., an icon.

Seriously what might have been the cause though? I mean, I'm not saying he was the healthiest guy in the world but as far as I'm concerned he wasnt't living the life of a 90's rockstar anymore

If Chris actually killed himself, then like suicide is a creepy premonition, especially the story behind the lyrics, he said that he was writing the song when suddenly a bird hit his room window and it wasn't able to fly anymore, so he killed it to end it's suffering.
