remember, Aphex Twin was hyped in the early 90s in electronic hipster circles because the dude invested lots of money into his image, like a modern day influencer on instagram; admittedly, dude wasn't a hack, musically he's still a top 15 producer or so in electronica but no way near top 3 as normies pretend
