Almost forgot how breathtakingly beautiful and fantastic this is, definitely a step up from Diadem. I'm almost afraid to jam the next two, don't wanna be let down after this. They still have a lot of ambience in Cascade and Lineage?

Yes, there is still ambience in those records. If you love this, there's a chance you, like me, might find BC a bit on the repetitive and more straightforward side, as opposed to CL - Which is more in the vein of this album's atmosphere.

This and Diadem are amazing, some of my favorite atmospheres in any records. Which is really a matter of taste but this and Diadem I love. I listen to them both quite often.

Yeah I was worried that the review for BC says that the band "swapped personality for aggression" :/ but on the other hand Celestial Lineage looks awesome.

Cascade is more straightforward bm (still in the same vein as this just without all the post-rock and female vox ambient bits), but it's got a little bit of ambient leftover. It's more hypnotic repetitive bm than atmospherical ambient, though. Lineage has some ambient tracks but the song style is basically the same as on Cascade, just arranged differently.

Cascade is still good though. It just pales a bit beside the rest of their albums, especially this and Celestial.

Also jam Ardour Loom bc it's better than Cascade or Lineage and they're basically like Two Hunters but with straight up post-rock instead of ambient. I did a review for them go check ittttttt.

CL has Thuja which is on par with anything on here (except Cleansing of course). havent heard BC even though it was in a way what got me into the band (got a lot of press around the time it came out)

To Reveal is fantastic, don't understand why it wasn't included on the main album. It reminds me of Scars of the Shattered Sky from Agalloch's Ashes Against The Grain.

I've been screaming this into the infinite void for so long, it's nice to finally have company.

yeah too bad it poured down rain this morning and then was 50 degrees in the afternoon X_X My town is known for its awful winters (whole town is up a hill) and it feels like the longer it gets put off the worse it'll be when it finally hits.
