McDaniels has a relationship with Stidham dating back to the Patriots where Stidham was drafted. Maybe he knows the kid's potential and wants to give it a shot in the dark as a tryout for next season. You can do worse than him.



Although it is weird to bench Carr when they technically are still alive in the playoff hunt. May be to start his "offseason" early so he can explore other options? Seems weird if they'd bench him to keep him healthy because what is another two weeks going to do?

Dennis Allen is pretty far up there too but yeah really weird move from McDaniels. Care ain’t the guy for the Raiders anymore imo. Not like he didn’t get a fair shot this year.



Joshy boy bad but I wouldn’t put him at the same level as Hackett. At least the Raiders have been semi competitive, and are technically still alive this far into the season, although we’ll see what happens with Stidham

I saw Adams was standing up for Carr. Have to wonder what he might do if Carr is indeed kicked out, seems like Carr was a bigger motivation to go to Vegas than most thought.



He even showed up to his press conference wearing Fresno St. gear. That's heartbreaking, wanting to reunite and play with your best friend and then the org just trashes him and kicks him out.

Yeah real shitty honestly. Care has been their best QB for a long time and seeing this is pretty lame. Carr isn’t to blame for the numerous blown huge leads this year.
