yeah their singing at shows is inconsistent mainly because brent hinds sounds like he's drunk AF at a lot of them. on their rock in rio 2015 performance they sound surprisingly good though.

this is album does seem modern but the message that it holds within is so sellout.

but the truth that it hold is just next level one can always want that heavy shit but with the decency that Mastodon has portrait it is just meaningful one can always run away from mainstream ish music but the meaning is what pulls you back to listening to this shit

so never just give up on music that seems modern but always see the message deep within.

Over powered review well played good work...

oh man i kinda know that my grammar is bad but,

i guess what i am saying is Mastodon is a killer band indeed they have advanced from their old school stuff like Leviathan and else more.

their present album is good and it may sound mainstream ish or the lyrics maybe kinda like understood but the meaning that it holds is so present and lively that everyone should for sure give it a hear and feel the pain and chills that we all go through day to day.

i guess this seems approriate @ AdolfChrist.

I don't yearn for a Leviathan 2.0, I just want decent songs.

in conclusion, it's better than The Hunter and that's what matters.
