ive been listening to this heaps in the car. there are mastodon-ish guitar moments. me likey... i also love how one song starts with a solo basic rock beat intro like any pop song ever written and then jumps into typical converge. so simple, but who would have thought? this band just knows how to keep pumping out refreshing albums.

haha ok, well i guess i said that wrong, by moments i mean 'moment'. i think 1:36 onwards in a glacial pace sounds quite mastodon like. like seabeast or megalodon or something. i think its similar just how it changes from semiquavers to triplet semiquavers with the guitar with the whacky hammer ons or whatever
