Sometimes when I have trouble with a vocalist, I try to imagine a style that might fit better. If I can't envision something working better, the vocals usually grow on me.
I understand Weiss is a bit polarizing, but I've always loved his voice and delivery. They are part of the charm and personality of the band. I can't imagine anyone else fronting mwY with much success.

Not a lot of people would say they loved Weiss' vocals right from start. It took me a long time to get used to them and now they're my favorite part of mwY's music

I heard one song from it's all crazy and was like weird then heard January 1979 and was like cool. Then listened to A-B most of the way through and then didn't listen to them for a few years til listening to catch for us for the first time. Been hooked ever since.
