So what other bands would I like if I liked this?
Im a noob to Black Metal but so far I def enjoy the more atmospheric/melodic bands like this, WITTR, Drudkh, Ash Borer, Burzum, Coldworld, Emperor, Ulver, Alcest, Ihsahn, Enslaved, Deafheaven, Primordial, Summoning, Windir, etc over the more straightforward ones. The same way I like melodeath more than straight up death. The contrast of the melody, riffs, and harsh vocals is just fuckin beautiful to me. Dont really care how brutal a band is. Black metal has a hypnotizing attribute to it that can just put you in a trance and make you wanna run around the forest in a cape.
