also did anyone else bother looking at the sleeve insert of the physical CD? some of those images, like the girl leaning looking off the roof and the one of her suspended mid-air holding something (a tree branch?) are both weird and disturbing

Yes! Love the images. They somehow fit the album perfectly. Tbh everything about this album seems so perfect. It conveys such a vast range of emotions, while still sounding just incredibly cohesive. The transitions are amazing and seamless. This is a fucking album front to back. I just completely get lost in its soundscapes and emotions.

“I don’t wanna walk away from you”
Yeah, that line always felt powerful, but it really hit me last week in terms of a personal connection. It made me re-listen to this album which I hadn’t done for awhile, and it absolutely still hits just as hard as it did almost 2 years ago now.
