don't be reductive or dismissive like that just because you don't like an album and can't think of a relevant criticism. they're literally one of the pioneers of shoegaze and have been making it for decades, there's obviously a lot of expertise that goes into the way they craft their sound and they're not just using "multi fx pedals from guitar center." if you don't like the songs then fine but fronting like you know more about pedals than Slowdive is beyond silly
