Fuck coke and meth and all that noise, but psychedelics are where it's at. If you just do a couple grams of shrooms all your senses will be turned up about a thousand degrees, but you'll still be grounded enough to know who and where you are and shit. It helps remind you what life's all about. And like I said, music like this man... Jesus Christ...

tripping makes you super compassionate so you can look at every aspect of life from 100 different perspectives and separate truth from other bullshit like insecurities. it helps with music like this because you 'get it' when there's passages that would come off as pretentious or pointless to your sober, add self.
also yeah your hearing and brain processing are both heightened so music just sounds cool anyway.
