Guys, fueled by ramen is THE emo-pop label if there ever was one, so much so that the influence is felt (imo) through even their non-emo pop acts a la fun. and 21 pilots.
And yes, the scope of emo pop depends on how far and where you draw the line. Calling it simply Midwest emo+pop punk is way too narrow imo. Not when we have emo pop "classics" such as saves the day, taking back Sunday, and dashboard confessional. None of which are particularly heavily influenced by Midwest emo (they were fans Midwest emo bands, sure, but they didn't really emulate some of the more notable "Midwest" aspects).

Yes. Pretty much ALL of the popular 2000s "pop punk" is actually emo-pop.
