I definitely think this album is considerably better than Oceanic. Both rule though. Buuut ITAOT is still their best work imo

It's just too f**king close to call, but currently I personally prefer Panopticon over Oceanic ever so slightly.

Celestial is a brutal album and deserves more press than it gets compared to the others.

it deserves more attention but in this discog I'm not surprised it doesn't get it

Celestial is a beast of an album. Pumping bass there is so aggressive and punchy. In fact Caxides bas is one of the best i ever heard in metal.

It's their second best, after this of course. ;)

Celestial's got quite an interesting sounding production now that I think about it in hindsight...can't think of any other band/album's production that sounds like it actually.
"Celestial is a brutal album and deserves more press than it gets compared to the others."
[3] Since I listened to their discography in chronological order when I started listening to the band (I discovered them 4 years after they broke up), I definitely wouldn't have moved onto everything else they've put out if I didn't enjoyed Celestial first.

Probably shouldn't apply that method to Ministry or Pantera.

The only Ministry album I've ever listened to was Psalm 69. I was under the impression that was the only album of theirs worth listening to.

I'm not much of a resource on industrial but I've enjoyed what I've heard of that and Terrible Thing.
