They're not quite as good as this, but there are some killer tracks on NTTB and TBC. Lifted always makes me wanna run through walls lol

I'll have to jam them hard.

No Time to Bleed is the weakest of the first 3 for me but it still rocks. Black Crown is great, that had the nu metal influence that worked a lot better than when they tried it on s/t lol

The S/T is hilariously bad agreed. Saw these guys in 2023 though and they still can put on a fun show

I caught these guys a few years ago and joked with my friend that they were gonna close with Doris as their "grand finale". Lo and behold: that's exactly what they did lmao. Admittedly tho it was better in a live setting.

that's what i was sayin, i forgot how much of a beast he was because he became the tee hee meme man
and no time to bleed is a bit inconsistent but it's got massive bangers. i mean disengage and wake up c'mon now! i also really think the black crown is a blast and adding nu-metal influence to deathcore done right.

Imma be deadass with you guys. Every song on this album rips. I was too hard on it back in the day.

I pulled the trigger and bumped the rating. The time has come guys. The time to admit that this is one of the greatest deathcore albums. And it got unfairly shitted upon due to insane hatred that this genre got back in the day for not purely music related reasons. You can see the times has changed in rateyourmusic rating trends of this and other albums going up to the sky. No wonder there is metalcore revival. The ugly duck is now looked at with nostalgia.
Also, I don't know if there is any other deathcore album with so many memorable lines in lyrics...

It's undoubtedly a classic of the genre and goes just as hard as some DM bands

based and trve arked. deathcore was cool when it was influenced by bdm, melodeath and other metal genres rather than being influenced by other deathcore. the genre has become a simulacrum.

dunno man, what's fit for an autopsy influenced by, then? because they're an amazing band

Album Rating: 4.2
Yeah agreed Futures bro. This is just as much brutal dm as it is deathcore imo.

agreed, this didn't even have all that many breakdowns, much less any of the myspacecore tropes like gang shouts, inception breakdowns, pig squeals etc
wonder what appeal this album had to all the scene kids, honestly
|

its weird, I actually like this album, and the one after it when I got older. at the time I was like: “fuck this band” but hey the vox are pretty cool, and the sloppy mix/master works for their sound. Rip as well
