“it’s so wild how much they’ve blown up without sacrificing an inch of what made them good in the first place.
You’d think a band this big would have big sung choruses but nope, Bryan just keeps on squealing and they keep getting bigger. Love to see it.”
Yep, which makes me love them even more. Utterly uncompromising.

Hyped as hell for a new album and also very anxious to see the direction they take it at this point. I feel like they’re entering their peak and the next album could be something truly special (like Tear in the Fabric quality, but LP length). Wondering if it’ll be more experimental. I have a feeling it will be. But still hard as fuck.

I mean if they really do have a Denzel feature on their new record that’s factually untrue man lol, for better or worse I think the next LP will sound different from this and Tear in the Fabric of Life, which tbh, I don’t really think are THAT different from their earlier material, they just became better songwriters, have better production, and Bryan’s lyrics have improved dramatically imo
I’m very excited for whatever they do next especially since they’re so popular now, I’m really curious to see what they do after essentially selling out every tour they’ve done lately, playing late night television, and opening for fucking Metallica. I feel like a real big change in their sound is coming.

I would honestly not even be that mad if they toned it down just a little. They worked their asses off to get to where they are, they deserve to make some real dough.
And ya they will never top A Tear In The Fabric of Life, but that’s like a top 5 EP all time for me.

I mean at this point in their career I feel like the only holdouts are people that just don’t like Bryan’s vocals. If you’re into this kind of shit you probably like Knocked Loose.
I’m sure he saw it on a meme or some shit but a buddy of mine said he sounds like SpongeBob when he’s shrieking and I don’t even really disagree lol, if you can’t shake that then I kinda understand why you’re not in love with the band.
