I really don't care about who has a better voice technically. I tried some Black Sabbath songs with Dio but I don't like his voice,. Reminds me of power metal vocalists, with few exceptions I don't like those too.
I like Ozzy's voice much more. He doesn't need to sing perfectly, his voice is unique, Dio's is not.

Dude, you don't have to like Dio's vox, but that man was exceptional in so many ways. Dio's voice was unique and anyone saying something different just proves their own illiteracy

That seems to be most people's opinion but I disagree. Dio in Live Evil or at Hammersmith Odeon gives a much darker and more sombre atmosphere to Ozzy's era songs. Black Sabbath (the song) sounds amazing in those albums

he would fit some of the songs better like Black Sabbath, for sure, but i think the lyric like ''people think I'm insane'' fits Ozzy better. although apparently it's about Geezer since he wrote it.
it could work if he modified the pace more and slowed it down
