Your answers always open up for more questions, I kind of like that. But I suspect we're entering PG territory.

@Itwasthatwas I'd prefer a more classics-oriented set as well but given they're touring a new album it makes sense that they're going to mostly play songs from it and the albums that sound like it.

Yeah and I don't even feel that the new one (or the new sound for that matter) was over-represented here. Only three tracks from the new album and eight other tracks. That's alright with me.

I'd even say I would have liked some more new material in the set!

When I listen to this album I can't help but visualize the wealthy Swedish family in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and the crimes associated with them.

Meanwhile, the album gets better with each listen, love it.

Would love to hear a few songs of this live, I think they translate really well. Might be seeing them at Graspop this summer!

Quickly became one of my top 5 favorite Opeth albums (along with MAYH, Still Life, Blackwater Park and Ghost Reveries).

I currently have this marginally ahead of Heritage, which means it is also ahead of Deliverance and definitely those 'other two' albums (which shall not be named).

A really enjoyable album here. They got the certain something back they lost with Sorceress

This album in the bottom third of the discography for me, but still ahead of Sorceress, PC and Deliverance.

Those are the correct choices dancing dog dude. I'm guessing you kind of like Morningrise also? Another good choice. Is it still your fave? It should be, otherwise you'll get smart-arses asking you to change your username.
