I'm was thinking the other day about how I always overthink everything & how I'd be much happier in not thinking so much, but then isn't knowledge the path to enlightenment, or something? If one doesn't think, then how do they obtain this knowledge? After much deliberation I decided that next time I think about thinking about something, I should consider whether the payoff is worth it? In the end I decided the thought process required for this was starting to outweigh the potential benefits & thus concluded that in order to achieve enlightenment I need to devise a way of calculating this without haphazardly throwing myself into unhelpful instinctive processes of the mind.
I'm currently working out the most time efficient & practical way of achieving my goal & should be finished sometime around 2058, then & only then shall I be truly fulfilled.
