I might consider going to a Dream Theater concert if they played this in its entirety.

well on their current tour they're playing 5 or 6 songs off this record and 4 or 5 tunes off scenes. even if the rest of the set was just systematic chaos it'd be worth the cost

I still need to see them. Seems I entered my binge too late, since they don't have any dates near where I live. Really hoping for either a new album tour or just another miscellaneous tour where they go around. Age is creaking up on them and I want to catch them while they're still relatively in-shape.

It makes sense to honour this album on its 20th anniversary. Fuck their new shit

That sounds like an awesome show tbh.

Awake is the best DT, and the only DT I come back to with the exception of FII from time to time.

I pretty much agree with this besides As I Am being anywhere close to top 10 despite the amazing solo sections

Honorable Mentions: The Enemy Inside, 6:00, In The Presence of Enemies, The Dark Eternal Night, The Root of All Evil

10. As I Am

9. The Dance of Eternity

8. The Glass Prison

7. The Count of Tuscany

6. The Spirit Carries On

5. Pull Me Under

4. Panic Attack

3. A Change of Seasons

2. Metropolis Part 1: The Miracle And The Sleeper

1. Octavarium

I guess about half of those would make my top 10. Breaking All Illusions, Learning to Live, Home, Fatal Tragedy, and In The Name of God would replace Pull Me Under, As I Am, The Spirit Carries On, The Count of Tuscany, and The Dance of Eternity.
