Ten is basically one of the best commercial radio rock albums of all time. As overplayed as for instance Black is, that tune still crushes and annihilates souls

I mean, I do get why people would get sick of Ten. Together with Nevermind it's basically the most overplayed album from the grunge scene. Both are also by far the most commercial rock-oriented albums. Still one can't deny their quality.
An album like Dirt on the other hand, while having a few "hits" as well, is basically a metal album and thus always more attracted a cult-like following. I still hear songs from Pearl Jam and Nirvana on commercial radio all the time, while over here I never hear AIC on popular radio stations.
