"what did you exactly mean with the last expression?"

FFS = For f*ck sake. They don't tour overseas as Ben has a fear of flying.

Oh .

Yeah, like you've said many times, they give good acoustic performances. I don't like Ben live most of

the times.

Especially when he t r i e s to perform 'Diary Of Jane'.

I actually clicked over to the acoustic version of 'Diary of Jane' at the same show & was surprised to hear it was not as good a performance.

Ben struggles to hit a lot of the notes live it seems. He usually doesn't sound nearly as good live as on record.

nostalgia is never shit. Although, if you'd spent all that time building up your own company instead of watching TRL, you could be a millionaire by now.

I wonder why that happens. Seems like he's not as good as he sounds on the studio. Or maybe he just gets nervous. Or maybe not.

Well, at least they can play the songs.

Oh and speaking of good live acoustic performances, Davey, you may as well want to check the concert Ben gave at the House of Blues. He performed, besides the band songs, other songs like 'Dirty Diana' (MJ), 'Time After Time' (Cindy Lauper), 'Aenima' (Tool). He was seriously good live for once IMO. It's on youtube.

I'm disappointed with the upcoming best of for the simple fact I felt there should have been more rarities and less acoustic versions of album songs. I mean over the span of four albums all you have is Ordinary Man, Ladybug, Lie to Me, Better Days, one of which was on an ep, the other I believe on an import. Then two covers. I would have guessed a few more b-sides that were actually originals, but I guess since it's just to get out of their contract they didn't care as much.

I saw BB live a couple years ago and I thought Ben sounded fine. Maybe it was an unusually good night idk.

It's on the popular albums on the "Rock" page, but that's pretty much worthless.
