Had to decide between Murder City and that one, Murder City seemed a little less corny imo.

I remember when this came out I was convinced for about a year it was better than AI, oh to be 17 again.

i won't lie, i think this album is a very solid middle for me. it's not complete shit, like Father of all Motherfuckers and it's way more solid than the trilogy, but it's still very average. there's great tracks on here, but they are all hampered by the shit tracks (like Know your enemy and american eulogy).

Only heard a few songs off this, but I love American Idiot and a bunch of their precious AI material (grew up listening to Dookie). Haven’t listened to anything after this though. Seems this is worth at least checking out yeah? Pretty long album.

Half of the album is great, but there are multiple cheesy ballads and some throwaways

Idk I think this album is kind of insufferable but I definitely think it's worth hearing at least once, especially if you like American Idiot.

So I've been listening to this quite a bit over the last two weeks or so and it's actually a lot better than I remember. Some incredibly cheesy stuff here though. I still hate 21 Guns.

I have some really nice memories of the title track anf know your enemy tho. I'd just started middle school, listening to those songs makes me feel all fuzzy inside.

And East Jesus Nowhere was pretty cool.

I remember watching the music video for Know Your Enemy on VH1 when I was like 12 or 13 and just freaking out over new green day. Oddly enough, I think We Made You by Eminem was circulating st the same time bc I remember seeing that music video a lot too around that time lol

Viva La Gloria is still one of their best. When I revisit this it's always that song.

Static Age is my favourite here and one of their best post AI songs.

Yeah that's up there too. Murder City and Horseshoes don't get mentioned much either.
