At least they are back in their original genre of music. Consistency and production balancing need some work though. It just sounds like they lost their drive 20 years ago, and just can't be bothered to put 100% into an album anymore.

The album as a whole is meaty enough for my liking. The production really does drag it down, however, so I'd be reluctant to call this album on par with the likes of Master of Puppets or Ride the Lightning. But hey, looking forward to their next album (even after that horrible Lulu record).
