Oh damn, didn't expect someone else itt to have a similar rating to mine. Idk, I still have it at a 3 because the highs are still pretty amazing, but the record still suffers from the same problems as so many other double albums. Especially in regards to poor pacing and blatantly unnecessary tracks

There's some god-tier stuff on here (Helter Skelter, Rocky Raccoon, Warm Gun, Blackbird, Bungalow Bill, While My Guitar Gently Weeps), but somebody still needs to be held accountable for bringing Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da into existence. I struggle to think of a song that pisses me off like that one.

discog walk; "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", still a masterpiece, of course. "Back In The USSR/Revolution 1" are great hard rock pieces. "Honey Pie/Savoy Truffle", fun ones.
Overall, by far, my least favorite LP of their great ones.
