lol just occurred to me this wasn't on the staff list
got into Meshuggah shortly before Catch 33 came out, fairly mindblowing at the time especially because I didn't really like Maiden or Metallica and assumed I'd never properly get into metal aside from Candlemass
DEI and Chaosphere are mostly memorized so those are my faves but my overall fave piece of Meshuggah bit is the culmination of Catch 33, the part with the great anthemic chords before it all stops suddenly and becomes wiggly solo guitar worm zone
