No but any 14 year old girl would be turned off by the lyrics and nasally ass vocals. this is real punk not some faggy band like you seem to think.

i've listened to this album at least twice, i'm not saying it's ONLY for 14 year old girls, but clearly it would appeal to them with the lyrics about angst and friendship and stuff. also teenage girls love nasally vocals.

yeah but there's prolly 14 year old girls who dig death and immolation too so this argument is pointless lol.

am i slow? yea i guess i am. because apparently real punk just means playing what you want to, even if it sucks. brokencyde has some core influences and they're playing what they want without giving a fuck, so they're real punk right?

no i'll never listen to brokencyde lol.

i guess i retract my comment because of bands like brokencyde but if a band is doing what they enjoy and it doesn't suck than it's punk IMO. All the discussions of what's punk and what isn't and who started punk just gets exhausting.

but my point is pretty much every band is making the music they love. thats why they make it. so what?

unless they're just pop acts trying to make money and get famous. its not a punk thing.

i have a hard time brokencyde actually love what they do. same with blood on the dance floor. prolly just in it for the money either that or they're just that retarded.

i could say this band is doing what they do just to be popular too. playing pop punk tends to make you easily accessible and alot of people would say this isnt "real punk".

this band isn't very accessible IMO. took me a while just to get used to soupy's vocals.
