Haha, I'm just going for a few bands. Protest the Hero, DEP and Every Time I Die for the most part.

I'd go if I could for Protest and Say Anything. Rody has never sounded bad in any of the clips I've watched.

Bah, rating jumped up today. I'm finally developing a soft spot for Spoils and Goddess Bound. I still don't really like Gagged tho.

So Cocaine, I just read an article in Revolver about PTH and Rody said that one of the band's friends was sitting next to him in his basement and playing the videogame "Gun." I was just wondering, was that person you?

No, why would it be me? I barely know Rody.

I don't know. It was really just a joke question cause you seem to know members of the band well. I loved the part where Rody made a comment on strippers running around on fire and some lady got pissed.

But I really love the ending to Bloodmeat.

Songs 3 through 6 just kick major ass, the album kinda slows down towards the ending.

I think it's the Dissentience. Either that or Goddess Bound.

I was thinking Limb from limb would work very well as a single and music video.

They could reenact the lyrics from the video, do like a MCR war music video type but with Vikings (suggestion) and whatnot.

Come on who doesn't want to see Rody riding a fuc king giant armored horse, dexed out in Viking/Irish gear, screaming the words "Be gratefull you die by Irish steal".

They could even incorporate a babe into the video.

Man Imagination is great.

Uh, there's no way they can afford that, hah. The government gives them very, very little to pay for videos.

^^ that was probably a joke, but nonetheless, i feel i must nitpick---the government doesn't pay for music videos, the record label does...well, that's what I thought at least.

Canada does in order to push Canadian music and it's not just for music videos.

They have done it for DFA, Alexisonfire, moneen and PTH.

I forget what it's called but it really helps out the artist, too the point where I've seen a couple of them thank the organization in interviews. This Message Edited On 02.25.08This Message Edited On 02.25.08

The label gives them scraps, then VideoFACT, which is government owned, provides funding.

edit: Sorry, VideoFACT is owned by teh MuchMusic group, but the government still funds Canadian music, I just dont have any albums near me to get the name of the fund. This Message Edited On 02.25.08
