The ones with two parties to choose from, one economic philosophy represented (neoliberalism), where a substantial amount of the population has lost the ability to vote because of a criminal record, and where Republican state governments across the country are continuously trying to suppress the black and Hispanic vote? You really want to use liberal-democratic elections as an example of democracy? Have at it, but it is clear that your notion of democracy is extremely unsophisticated. There is more diversity of opinion within the contemporary Cuban communist party than both American parties combined, and that is a fact. And bullshit that there are no options; instead of having two-parties with minor differences on social issues and almost no differences on economic issues, you have an entire list of candidates within a single-party representing different perspectives on how to plan the economy (markets vs collectivization, co-ops vs small scale private ownership). I am not defending the Cuban system, and I am also not arguing that it is more democratic than the American system, but there is inarguably more choice on who to vote for ideologically, it is significantly easier for working class people to get involved in politics (given that everyone is working class), and it is a less corrupt system than that in the U.S. and Britain, with both being absolutely awash with corruption on every level of government.
