I just like that this feels like real, genuine art in the form of an album. So many of her works have been catchy but haphazardly tossed together. This one is an actual experience, and a sublime one at that.

wanted to like this more but it's not really doing it for me



hate that I made you love me is the perfect example where her voice is fantastic and the chorus is catchy but the repetitive uninspired beat and the bubbly sounds really make it boring to me, it's still a decent song but that's it, I don't feel like coming back to it, could make a similar case for most of the album



that being said I get the positive feedback and my gf loves this so all good

Yeah Petal really reads like she is sick of it all. Focussing a bit more on the lyrics and they are surprisingly well-written.
